Teen sex at modern times should imply in careful
precautions regarding safe teen sex and birth control methods, since
AIDS and all kinds of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
are a fact, not to mention undesired pregnancy. Haywire hormones urgency should
always be moderated by self-preservation, but sadly, such is not the case.
Considering the possibility of having teen sex during
adolescence should prompt teenagers to take on board that during this
period many of them may not feel comfortable with their own body. A
teenager with such a problem experiences a very low self-esteem when
comes time to strip off in front of another person. This may be problem number
one concerning teen sex. Problem number two: is the teenager aware
of the care he/she should take related to safe teen sex, in order to
prevent him/herself from sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and
undesirable pregnancy?
To forbid teen sex is not the point. The idea is to
prevent the adolescent from undesired pregnancy or sexually
transmitted diseases (STDs).
Unless the proper precautions have been made concerning
preventing sexually transmitted diseases and birth control, a
teenager is not ready for sexual intercourse.
To have a channel of information to get instructions from about
safe sex is paramount as well. Parents, school, doctors all of which
should play this role. Internet is also a magnificent source of lectures on
teen sexuality.
Having teen sex is all about pleasure reaching, but also
it is about being responsible for possible consequences. A teenager
should be aware of them and thus get his/hers wits about birth control
methods.
Teen sexuality must be planned somehow in order to be a
sane sexual activity and disease free. Condoms are obligatory these days.
Prevention is the word when teen sex is the matter and
parents play a decisive role when it comes to instruct their "children", as well
as school, doctors and friends do, since they are not supposed to know
everything there is to be known concerning their own teen sexuality.
